As the Localization Program Manager at Qonto you'll play a key part in making sure that our customers in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands have a seamless experience using an app that is localized for the country they're in.
This means managing our growing localization team, working directly with the key stakeholders, managing our tooling and building solid relationships with our Engineering team.

As a Localization Program Manager at Qonto, you will: Oversee the whole localization lifecycle across multiple departments, scale our workflows to ensure our program runs smoothly;Coordinate and manage our Localization Specialist team;Refine and implement scalable quality frameworks and metrics;Take care of our tooling, monitor its performance and maintenance and liaise with our vendor to maintain and evolve our partnership;Connect and build a relationship with our Engineering team to scale the technical implementation of localized content in our app;Communicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders to ensure effective cross-team collaboration;Continuously improve the team, our tooling and ways of working by analyzing feedback and monitoring performance.What you can expect: An international product team with a strong UX culture;High localization quality standards and a well-established function that's ready to be taken to the next level to serve an ever-growing pool of enthusiastic customers;A thriving, fast-paced environment with big ambitions and huge potential to unlock;A supportive leadership team focused on developing and coaching you.About You: 5+ years experience as Localization Project Manager in mid- to large-size tech companies, with strong stakeholder management (Product and Engineering especially) and collaboration skills;Experience initiating, planning, executing internationalization projects in several languages/countries/regions;Cross-functional leadership skills: you proactively engage with other members of the Product, Engineering, Marketing (and more) teams to lead cross-functional initiatives;Experience partnering with Engineering teams to establish internationalization best practices and technical automations;Experience working with TMS, CMS and other translation and content management tools (Lokalise, Phrase, Smartling, Crowdin…);Experience overseeing the creation of language-specific style guides and glossaries (Localization standards);Experience managing remote teams—and making them thrive!Languages: You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills to engage with all team members within the company.At Qonto, we understand that true diversity isn't just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist.
