In this role, you will collaborate closely with language specialists, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to plan, develop, and evaluate learning and development initiatives that address specific quality and efficiency goals.Key job responsibilitiesOversee the creation and maintenance of localization-related learning contentDevelop customer-focused project plans and workflows to ensure timely delivery of learning solutionsIdentify and proactively deploy learning and development initiatives to address quality and performance issuesAnalyze learning performance data to derive insights and drive continuous improvementCommunicate program updates, process changes, and progress to cross-functional stakeholder groupsServe as the voice of the learner, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of our learning and development effortsAbout the teamAs part of the Translation Services Operations team, the Learning Management group is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality learning and development content to upskill our internal stakeholders and external linguists. Our team of learning designers, multimedia developers, and subject matter experts collaborate to ensure our training initiatives support the company's localization objectives and drive continuous quality improvements.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalentExperience in program/project management and learning content creationStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in localization, translation, or language servicesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree in instructional design, user experience, or a related fieldProficiency in data analysis and reporting
