Our in-house developed 4X MMO was launched in 2018 and continues to evolve, being consistently one of the top 10 gross revenue Massive Multiplayer Strategy games on the market.What You Will DoThis role will drive quality and efficiency in localised game updates, acting as a central liaison between development, live operations, and global localisation partners across Dublin, Barcelona, and LA.
Representing international players within the development team, you'll ensure their experiences are prioritized.
Responsibilities include reporting progress, identifying risks, and tracking localisation quality.
Ideal candidates will have a background in localisation and outsourcing, with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
Reporting to the Senior Producer, you'll work closely with the release team to ensure seamless collaboration and deliver an exceptional player experience worldwide.Be heavily involved in pre-production and production so as to identify and map our localisation needsEnsure that our DEV practices incorporate internationalization and global mindset as part of the core planningClearly communicate the goals of your projects to leaders to achieve constant partner alignment across the organizationManage localization efforts in a multidisciplinary team through all stages of development lifecycle and through live productionManage external Localization vendors, improve processes, manage expectations and keep a constant close eye on quality outputEvaluate the overall localization process and quality in order to draw lessons learned and identify areas of improvement.
