Local Sports Manager

As a Local Sports Manager, you will be a member of OlyBet Sports Team, working with Sports, Marketing, Trading, Analytics, and Customer Support as well as our Partners to ensure that in the Region of your responsibility OlyBet's general strategy is being executed and that the Group has the visibility of the trends and requirements of the local markets.

What will you be doing? Communicate with the Group to clarify expectations and provide guidance to local teams, ensuring focus on sports and sporting events.
Manage daily communication with Sportsbook partners to secure the best possible product and maintain the brand's market-appropriate focus in marketing and betting.
Track general market trends and competitor actions to identify growth opportunities through uniqueness and better execution.
Report local sports activities and results to Group Level, escalating significant risks or opportunities, and track customer activity to spot trends and take necessary actions.
Assist customer support with sports betting queries, monitor the site regularly to ensure optimal functionality, and support product improvement launches.
