We are currently seeking a Local Applications Managers Team Leader, reporting directly to the Head of Application Portfolio and Local Systems to join our Information Technology team based in France, Paris Area.
About The Role:
You are responsible for supporting the business in the usage of several applications and software. To achieve this, you will manage several threads:
Local applications strategy: You will apprehend the business need and develop and propose a strategy according to the requirements of various stakeholders.The creation and deployment of applications: You will lead and manage applications deployments according to IDS guidelines and coordinating IDS teams.Business Analysis: You will challenge, analyse, and model the business requirements into functional specifications.Maintenance: You are the guarantor of the reliability and adaptability of the support provided in your scope of applications, in a continuously evolving and heterogeneous environment. About You:

Qualifications: You hold a Master degree.15 years experience in application support.5 years in a coordinator & responsible position.You have knowledge of ITIL and project management.High interest for technology and services for Energy and Energy Transition. Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
Main Skills: Good written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English.International experience in industry as the position is global.Good knowledge in Information System Architecture.Good knowledge with ITIL practices in an IT organization.Strong experience in Project Management and Service Delivery.Must work well independently.Uses independent judgement and demonstrates creativity and innovation to find solutions.Ability to effectively prioritize and ensure execution of tasks and be very results-oriented.Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.Team-oriented and skilled in working within an international collaborative environment.Capable of supporting in negotiations with clients/suppliers.Multi-cultural awareness, open mindset, technology enthusiasm.
