Ensure delivery, compliance, processing, approval, and loan take-out of buyer's loan application with HDMF/Pag-IBIG in a timely manner.
PRINCIPAL DUTIESResponsible for the evaluation and pre-qualification approval of buyer's loan application with HDMF/Pag-IBIG.Check the authenticity, validity, accuracy, and completeness of buyer's loan requirements and review if pre-signed documents are properly accomplished to ensure faster, easier processing of buyer's housing loan application.Process and file buyer's loan application with HDMF/Pag-IBIG by efficiently implementing the established policies and procedures in order to get loan approval and take-out within the set collection timeline.Responsible for monitoring and coordination of the status of buyer's loan application and advise buyer of any charges, loan difference or documents for compliance, if any, through sending notices and call-outs to ensure that buyers are aware of the status of their loan application.Regularize and comply with account's findings/deficiencies within the period set by HDMF/Pag-IBIG.Coordinate with HDMF/Pag-IBIG for the appraisal and inspection of property, MSVS approval, and release of pre-signed documents subject for conversion from CTS to REM.Responsible in securing Notice of Approval (NOA) and other loan documents of approved accounts and endorse for DOA annotation.Responsible for monitoring of accounts due for title and tax declaration transfer.Receive trust receipt and original certificate of title subject for conversion from CTS to REM and transmit the original certificate of title and tax declaration to HDMF/Pag-IBIG once it is already transferred in the name of borrower.Coordinate with internal sections/departments for the respective statuses of accounts.Provide weekly status updates for management review of performance and accomplishment.Prepare Account Payable Vouchers for HDMF filing fee as needed.Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior as needed.JOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation: Graduate of any business-related course
Experience: At least one (1) year of work experience in Pag-IBIG loan processing, particularly in the Real Estate industry
