How You Will Make an ImpactOur guests seek luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Loaner Agent, you will contribute to the success of the Service department by being involved and adding to our customer satisfaction. You will impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.What Winning Looks Like:Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. Greeting all customers in a friendly and professional mannerAssisting our service staff as neededManage loaner fleet of 25 vehicles.Write loaner agreementsChecking loaners in and outAnswer phones and schedule service appointmentsProviding reports to service manager on surveys and salesAssisting with dealership sanitization protocolsOrder office and janitorial supplies for the storeMonitors store fuel card usageOrganizing new vehicle manuals and keys Perform duties assigned by Service Manager as neededSkills Needed to Win:At least 18 years of ageExperience in an automotive dealership preferredExcellent communication skillsHigh school diploma preferredWilling to work full-time with flexible hours and availability on the weekendsAbout UsWe were founded in 2014 by Jeff Swickard in Wilsonville, OR.
