This includes loans to customers of different Business Lines. Complex credit transactions are booked in the credit management system and then transferred, after the first drawdown, to the Loan Servicing for Corporate Structured Credit located in Lisbon for the servicing of the life cycle events of the credit. The Loan Servicing Officer will be a key stakeholder in the Credit Process. Her/His role is to manage all events linked to deal lifecycle, which encompasses managing bookings and updates of the loan management system Loan IQ.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:Manage all the events of the life cycle of the Credits into Loan IQ: Drawdown, full or partial payment, Transfer, Accounting for Fees, Process and Follow up of accounting breaks, Deal termination.Manage post treatment of the activity (ex. incoming cash, paid, pending transactions).Manage and promote good relationships between Department and stakeholders: Middle Office (in charge of deals), Back Office (closing teams) and External interlocutors (Banks belonging to banking pools and Agent Banks).**REQUIREMENTS**:**Training**: High school in Economics, Finance and Accounting; Bachelor's (3-5 years) in Economics, Finance and Accounting.**EXPERIENCE**: Banking and Financial Operations ((0 - 2) years).**Languages**: English: Fluent; Spanish: Intermediate.**SKILLS**:**Technical**: MS OFFICE PACK, MICROSOFT EXCEL (Proficient), LOAN IQ.**Transversal & Behavioral**: Ability to collaborate/Teamwork, Attention to detail/rigor, Organizational skills.**BENEFITS**: Training programs, career plans and internal mobility opportunities, national and international thanks to our presence in different countries.
