In that dynamic landscape, GT Linkers is looking for its Governance Officer located in Barcelona, that, aiming to implement digital tools to the Front-Office teams, will hold a transversal scope across 7 capabilities of the organization (including Sales, Pricing & Quotation, Customer Care Centers or Field Services).TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESMain Goal: The Project Governance Officer acts as a facilitator between the PMOs, the Digital Sales & Support Leadership and the point of contact in the Capabilities.Establish the Annual Governance Plan of the instances that monitor the Portfolio program execution, providing an updated view of all the upcoming instances through a rolling calendar to the Leadership team.Performance monitoring by tracking the KPIs results (and their evolution, on a monthly basis) to offer continuous updated view, as well as structuring and documenting a KPI master file.Contribute to the Performance Reviews and Reporting preparation, consolidating the inputs and ensuring the consistency of the different elements, either quantitative or qualitative.Manage the actions follow-up and the Minutes of Meeting.Coordinate the deck preparation and communication of the follow-up activities (Quarterly Business Reviews, regional reviews, deep dives, etc.), working with each capability to compile and deliver the right information for the targeted audience (Leadership, Governance bodies, etc.).Act as the Digital Sales & Support point of contact for the central Digital team on the Portfolio Governance Portal management for the entry of the new projects demands till the project execution ends.Maintain the database of the Software Providers & Professional Services that supports the Digital Sales & Support vendors strategies.Facilitate a network of 10 SPOCs, leading monthly Touch Points to coach the network on the next governance milestones and follow-up the call to actions.Interact with the Communication teams to feed the wrap news with the key elements of performance.Lead punctual transversal initiatives to support management specific needs (e.g., TCO -Total Cost Ownership - Indicator construction, agenda's preparations, roadmap kit creations).REQUIREMENTSExperience: We are looking for a solid PMO with at least 8 years of experience in similar positions (metrics management), Project / Program Management, with solid communication, numerical / analytical skills, as well as an Expert level on PowerPoint & Excel (reports).Languages: English & Spanish (Professional, C1 / Advance). French would be a plus.Personal & Soft Skills: We are looking for an open-minded, rigorous, effective and organized professional with great communication skills (used to face Senior VPs and high-level stakeholders interactions).
