THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED IN MILAN, MADRID, LONDON, PARIS, DUSSELDORF Duration: 6 months
About the role This role aligns with the Order Management function whose purpose is to proactively deliver end-to-end order management solutions that drive an increasingly seamless customer journey.
Responsibilities will include:
Analyse and gather customer order data and produce business case analysis.Analysis and development of customer order entry to identify continuous improvement opportunities and work with country teams in implementation of solutions.Execute and support vendors for EDI Projects.Document existing business processes using business models and workflow diagrams.Assess impact of proposed changes to related business processes and develop cost/benefit analysis.Consult with internal businesses to identify "best practice" process models.Prioritise and evaluate time and resource requirements to meet deadlines.Set priorities, monitor progress towards goals, and track key details.Report progress as required.What we are looking for:
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work well within a diverse team environment.Experience with detail execution.Excellent communication, organizational skills, and project management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Working knowledge and understanding of EMEA + Other regions customer order entry processes.EDI and webmethods + Esker experience.Working knowledge of Tableau would be beneficial but is not a requirement.Please send your CV in English Requisition ID: 578294
