Roles and Responsibilities
Specifically, the structure of our stores includes the following three coach functions:
Commercial : Leading a team to efficiently receive products, conduct accurate inventories, and maintain presentation standards. Ensuring all inventory processes run smoothly to keep the sales floor stocked and visually appealing. Working with department leaders who will oversee individual components while you manage the overall in-store experience. Preparing for monthly launch initiatives. Using our reporting tools to make informed business decisions. Conducting accurate inventories to fulfill digital orders.
Athlete Experience : Ensuring the team has the tools to provide the highest quality athlete experiences. Leading NIKE Community Ambassador activities to strengthen the team. Overseeing the hiring and onboarding process in collaboration with experienced store leaders. Managing store schedules. Collaborating with the store team to implement and maintain a positive NIKE culture.
Customer Experience : Setting an example of how to deliver our service on the sales floor and enhance customer experiences. Ensuring resources are available for the team to have brand knowledge about all aspects of customer service. Completing specific training and informing athlete services. Using data and analytics to provide insights and collaborate with experienced store leaders for continuous improvement.
