Management of standardization/harmonization initiatives and product development projects in ON Technology Nacelle Module. Position mainly will be focusing on how to standardize parts by creating synergies across BUs,platforms and stakeholders in order to reduce complexity at product level and bring contribution to company.How to contribute to our visionResponsibility of the project from implementation through completion.Create synergies across Business Units in ON and OF.Initiate deep dive session with TE and other stakeholders.Idea session on how to minimize complexity and maximize standardization (quick wins or medium/long term ideas or catalog system).Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support the project initiative in collaboration and alignment with stakeholders.Develop full-scale project plans and monitor adherence to master plan and schedules.Align time schedules with TE and other stakeholders.Monitor project performance and standardization ratio to ensure the team stays on approved timeline, manage budget performance, identify risks involved in a project and mitigate those risks.Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.Reporting of project activities through module KPIs (i.E. standardization ratio, cost saving, time...).Be self-motivated, able to think quickly and address problems as they arise.Drive a high performance culture through strong leadership, and effective team management using varied resources across multiple geographical departmental, and organizational silos.What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
