Global Financial AccountantMissionBe responsible for the Accounting and Accounts Payable of some Group affiliates using SAP, in compliance with local legal and tax requirements, as well as the corporate closing calendar, providing said service to the Company with the expected quality standards.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesGuarantee that the accounting books are aligned with de Almirall Accounting Group guidelines and ensure the correct postings of all the accounts ensuring that the accounting closing follows the corporate calendars.As the responsible of all Balance accounts and bokkeeping for all monthly closings:Confirm with the different areas the balance of accounts and its regularization if needed.Review transitory bank accountsPost and match the payroll interfacesPrepare and post tax payments and accrualsResponsible of Accounts Payable by reviewing, accounting and payment of vendor invoices of the assigned Company, for purchases or services requested by them.Manage Fixed assets and Accounts ReceivablePrepare, review and document the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statementProvide the information required by Auditors and Tax InspectorsParticipate in the preparation of the Annual AccountsSupport to Head of Global Group Accounting in specific projects lead by her/him.EducationBachelor degree in Business Administration or other relevant studies.Specific KnowledgeAccountingTaxationAdvanced level of English and SpanishKnowledge of SAP FinanceKnowledge of SAP ARIBA and SAP VIM would be a plusKnowledge of Business Intelligence applications would be a plusExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in a multinational company in the accounting department and/or Shared Services working with SAP.Experienced in Accounts Payable management.CompetencesResolutive and hands-on personOrganised and goal orientedThoroughnessGood communication and analytical skillsExcellent Customer Service skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
