Lm-045 | Travel Consultant (German)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German-speaking Travel Consultant for their Malaga office.
Position: Travel Consultant Location: Malaga, Spain Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to customers queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Help customers with their travel arrangements (flight or booking details, refunds, etc.).
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
REQUIREMENTS Native/fluent in German, both verbal and written.
Fluent in English.
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Holder of an EU Passport (no visa sponsorship available).
Excellent communication skills with solid negotiating skills.
Resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
Previous experience in the travel industry will be considered an advantage.
Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Customer-oriented role experience will be considered an advantage.
Academic degree will be considered an advantage.
