As a Real Estate Development Manager with Amazon Web Services, you will have the exciting opportunity to help build the future of the Amazon Web Services. As the contract owner, you will interface with property developers and partners on technical, commercial and delivery obligations ensuring adherence to contract commitments.The role will be the single point of escalation for multiple internal stakeholders, technical teams, legal, and finance to resolve conflicts and set expectations. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.A successful candidate will have the aptitude to strategically plan, make decisions, act tactically, write effectively, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
