to make changes … we're looking for you. Role Purpose Key tasks: - Working for the customer Lead
Logistics Provider (LLP) team - Support projects & supply
chain solutions / concepts from definition to implementation for new and
existingLLP accounts - Process mapping (current &
future) - Review and analyze data from
multiple internal and external sources - Stakeholder managment &
engagement specifically in Operations from Operator to PLM - Support the Change
Management - Support CI Management team in
data analytics - Supporting the CI Managers
during implementation of strategic and tacticalLLP supply chain optimization projects. - Leveraging your operational
experience to identify new savings and service improvement initiatives, and
supporting the CI team in the continuous improvement of existing business. - Ensure a common approach to
implementation and post implementation support within the business unit Key responsibilities for the
design, testing, optimization, communication and specifically implementation of
the following supply chain aspects: - Logistics strategy - Supply chain modelling, including strategic networks, facilities
(warehouses, cross-docks & manufacturing logistics). - Sustainable supply chain development (e.g. carbon footprint and
multi-modal optimization) - Support the implementation of the customer's strategy Requirements for the Job - University degree in/focus on Supply chain management, Logistics,
Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and/or mathematics - desirable.
- Knowledge on supply
chain continuous improvement. - Good written and spoken English is essential and other European
languages desirable References - Ability to identify sustainable cost effective packaging solutions
within complex supply chain - Identify, gather
& analyses information to understand customer needs, key data & drivers
for solution design/integrated logistics design. - Ability to
demonstrate analytical and logical thinking; translating many different
real-life situations into models that allow for scenario comparisons; data
manipulation skills are essential to this role. - Able to assess
existing Supply Chain operations & processes (internal DHL / customer) and
identify areas forimprovement. - Intermediated
skilled in building presentations (PowerPoint), consolidating and visualizing
solution design outputs. - Intermediated
skilled in data analytics, statistical modelling, and deep diving with Excel. - Proactivity and
Can-Do attitude are a must. Good To have
Requirements: - Master in/focus on
Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or Business
Administration. - +3 years varied experience in a logistics, Continuous Improvement, or solution design role. Experience with Global supply chains. - Intermediate skilled
in business case and cost impact analysis. - Proved Customer
facing experience. - Advanced skills
computer literacy for data cleaning, processing and visualization using PowerBI
or Python. - Project management
& facilitation skills (workshops, due diligence, voice of the customer). Visible links 1.
