Role Purpose
Key tasks: - Working for the customer LeadLogistics Provider (LLP) team
- Support projects & supplychain solutions / concepts from definition to implementation for new andexisting LLP accounts
- Process mapping (current &future)
- Review and analyze data frommultiple internal and external sources
- Stakeholder managment &engagement specifically in Operations from Operator to PLM - Support the ChangeManagement
- Support CI Management team indata analytics
- Supporting the CI Managersduring implementation of strategic and tactical LLP supply chain optimization projects.
- Leveraging your operationalexperience to identify new savings and service improvement initiatives, andsupporting the CI team in the continuous improvement of existing business.
- Ensure a common approach toimplementation and post implementation support within the business unit
Key responsibilities for thedesign, testing, optimization, communication and specifically implementation ofthe following supply chain aspects:
- Logistics strategy
- Supply chain modelling, including strategic networks, facilities(warehouses, cross-docks & manufacturing logistics).
- Sustainable supply chain development (e.g. carbon footprint andmulti-modal optimization)
- Support the implementation of the customer's strategy
Requirements for the Job - University degree in/focus on Supply chain management, Logistics,Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and/or mathematics - desirable.
- Knowledge on supplychain continuous improvement.
- Good written and spoken English is essential and other Europeanlanguages desirable

- Ability to identify sustainable cost effective packaging solutionswithin complex supply chain
- Identify, gather& analyses information to understand customer needs, key data & driversfor solution design/integrated logistics design.
- Ability todemonstrate analytical and logical thinking; translating many differentreal-life situations into models that allow for scenario comparisons; datamanipulation skills are essential to this role.
- Able to assessexisting Supply Chain operations & processes (internal DHL / customer) andidentify areas forimprovement.
- Intermediatedskilled in building presentations (PowerPoint), consolidating and visualizingsolution design outputs.
- Intermediatedskilled in data analytics, statistical modelling, and deep diving with Excel.
- Proactivity andCan-Do attitude are a must.
Good To haveRequirements: - Master in/focus onSupply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or BusinessAdministration.
- +3 years varied experience in a logistics, Continuous Improvement, or solution design role. Experience with Global supply chains.
- Intermediate skilledin business case and cost impact analysis.
- Proved Customerfacing experience.
- Advanced skillscomputer literacy for data cleaning, processing and visualization using PowerBIor Python.
- Project management& facilitation skills (workshops, due diligence, voice of the customer).
