In addition, to train users to a level of competence in the system. The key responsibilities for you as IT Analyst include: Ensuring that the assigned user community is functional and can operate the business with minimum disruption, providing out of hours cover as required. Undertaking general systems housekeeping. Providing application functional support and L1 for all systems related issues & queries as the interface between the Business Operations management, Customers IT management, and IT Team in order to improve system performance/functionality & efficiencies. Scheduling and running of Application Management routines. Contributing to a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team colleagues. Ensuring that DHL & Customer company policies are applied where applicable. Training and Documentation - defining requirements for and then facilitating creation and maintenance of required IT documentation. Working with third party service providers & partners, (both internal & external). Requirements for the job: Language Requirements: English (Fluent). IT Service Experience: 2 years minimum (L1 support). Internal/External Customer & Service Provider Request Management. IT Literate. Communication (written and verbal). Team Player.
