Top Employer Certified Spain and EuropeIT Support Specialist Role PurposeThe primary purpose of this IT Support Specialist is to provide L1 application and service support to the business, to have a detailed understanding of the Logistics Business from a technical and operational perspective for Internal and External customers and testing of application functionality. In addition, to train users to a level of competence in the system.The key responsibilities for you as IT Analyst include:Ensure that the assigned user community is functional and can operate the business with minimum disruption, providing out of hours cover as required.Undertake general systems housekeeping.Provide application functional support and L1 for all systems related issues & queries as the interface between the Business Operations management, Customers IT management, and IT Team in order to improve system performance/functionality & efficiencies.Schedule and run Application Management routines.Contribute to a safe, secure, clean, and fair work environment for team colleagues.Ensure that DHL & Customer company policies are applied where applicable.Define requirements for and then facilitate the creation and maintenance of required IT documentation.Work with third-party service providers & partners (both internal & external).Requirements for the job:Language Requirements: English (Fluent)IT Service Experience: 2 years minimum (L1 support)Internal/External Customer & Service Provider Request ManagementIT LiterateCommunication (written and verbal)Team PlayerPlanning and Organisation#J-18808-Ljbffr
