Role Purpose Lead and manage the value creation and business analytics workstreamactivities for the
LLP Europe and South & West Europe accounts, develop compilingpresentations and output reports to support each of the phases
Ensure that DHL demonstrates innovation and generates opportunities toreduce the cost base with no adverse affect on service.
Develop effective plans for business improvement activities and developmentfor customer account, and improve on target KPI's for performance andvisibility
Managing and increasing the capabilites of the control tower team, throughsucession planning, development, coaching and training.
Develop effective plans to improve standardize data analytics andperformence management experience for the desired works streams
Managing and increasing the capabilites of business analytics team, throughsucession planning, development, coaching and training.
Responsible for supporting IT team interms of the database modelling &design, development & improvement of operational reporting structure.
Supporting financial and operational management, and ensuring bothcustomers and DHL reporting requirements are met.
The key responsibilities for you as Head of Value Creation & DataAnalyticsinclude Provide effective questioning and facilitiation with precise and accuratecommunication
To coordinate and provide leadership to the business analytics team inorder to maximize output on business process design
Develop and present value based and innovativesolutions
Lead and manage the value creation and business analytics workstreamactivities for the LLP Europe and South & West accounts, develop compilingpresentations and output reports to support each of the phases
Create and model scenarios of current and future improvement solutions& data analytics topics. Researches and anticipates customer solutionrequirements
Develop contractual annual gainshare budget target by getting in touch withthe contract leads. Delivery of annual gainshare target and reporting theoutcomes
Plans & Manages the supply chain and business analytics improvementwork stream with the key stakeholders to handover
Develops and uses internal and external network to support design ofprofitable E2E supply chain solutions

-Database Modelling & Design
-Business Intelligence Tools such as Microsoft PowerBI
-Document Management and Storage Systems, i. e. Microsoft Sharepoint

Requirements for the job Mandatory requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain (includedPerformance Metrics - KPI methodology).
Experienced in Business Process Design & Analysis
Porject managementexperience
University degree preferably in Engineering discipline
EnglishLanguageFluent
Good knowledge of Excel, Word & Powerpoint, clear understanding ofMicrosoft PowerBI, Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Power AutomateandDAX Measures (calculated columns andcreating datatable relationships)
Strong analytical skills, creativity&out of the box thinking
Ability to deliver innovative supply chain improvementmodels
Able to work in flexible working hours and to travel for abroad businesstrips
Strong interpersonal and communicationskills
