We are looking for a university student or graduate with some experience in Communications and/or Marketing who wants to develop their career in a world-class organization. The candidate will be involved in most of the projects and will have the opportunity for professional growth.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities Support on wing to wing process management & weekly report out.Assist in the preparation of training material for training teams on the "to-be" process.Willing to attend customer and team meetings and events inside/outside home country.Support partnership with business leadership to ensure successful internal communications to keep key stakeholders well-informed to help achieve business objectives. Ensure employee engagement and strong connectivity to business strategy.Develop in-depth knowledge of the discipline.Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.BS in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or relevant disciplines preferred.Proven interpersonal skills.Active listener with good communication skills.English and Spanish proficiency is a must; any other language is aplus.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Proactive with a high level of integrity.Working time: 40 hours/week.Hybrid work is possible but a minimum of 2 days office work in the Madrid office is required.Additional Information If contracted in Spain: Non-national candidates are responsible for knowing the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in the country: NIE - Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain.
