A Communication apprentice/intern, under the supervision of the Global Operations Leader, will support Aero internal and external communication strategy. We are looking for a university student or graduate with some experience in Communications and/or Marketing who wants to develop their career in a world-class organization. The candidate will be involved in most of the projects and will have the opportunity for professional growth.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities Support on wing to wing process management & weekly report out.
Assist in the preparation of training material for training teams on the "to-be" process.
Willing to attend customer and team meetings and events inside/outside home country.
Support partnership with business leadership to ensure successful internal communications to keep key stakeholders well-informed to help achieve business objectives. Ensure employee engagement and strong connectivity to business strategy.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the discipline.
Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
BS in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or relevant disciplines preferred.
Proven interpersonal skills.
Active listener with good communication skills.
English and Spanish proficiency is a must; any other language is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Proactive with a high level of integrity.
Working time: 40 hours/week.
Hybrid work is possible but a minimum of 2 days office work in the Madrid office is required.
