We are looking for someone passionate about being responsible for product performance and visual merchandising strategy, continuously updating them in line with sales goals, profitability, campaigns, and communications across digital channels for all targeted countries.
Minimum Requirements:5+ years of eCommerce experience required (preferably in a customer-centric role).Strong knowledge of the E-commerce environment.Strong analytical skills.Interest in customer behaviour, fashion, and trends - a strong understanding of customer needs.Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.Your Main Functions Will Be:Design the product commercial calendar for the online channel.Identify quantitative selling opportunities, develop a plan, and implement actions to drive them across different departments and your team.Conduct constant and structured sales follow-up based on product categories and campaigns for each country.Ensure profitability and optimal stock levels by aligning actions with the product, demand, and commercial plan.Monitor and analyse visual merchandising for concepts, perform Monday analysis, draw omni-channel conclusions, and participate in strategy and goal meetings.Foster cross-functional partnerships between online and retail teams to ensure online visual merchandisers are aligned with the overall objectives.Develop an understanding of customer-centric behaviour and the product cycle.Take the initiative to continuously improve yourself and your team, making a positive impact on the Omni customer journey.
