About The Role: As a member of the Project Management team, located in Las Palmas, Canary Islands, Spain, you will be in charge of installation packages (Mechanical - Electrical - Plumbing) during construction, fit-out, commissioning, and handover phases.- Delivering high-quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our Customer's requirements.- Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent, or project manager.- Producing and presenting to customers.- Managing service delivery for profit.- Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.As a Gleeds team member, you will have access to:- Opportunities to develop and grow your career.- Employee Assistance Programme.- Flexible working arrangements.About You:Who we're looking for:Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills:- Sound experience in major construction projects (Real Estate or Industrial buildings).- Sound knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure.- Knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.- Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.- Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial, and numeracy skills.- Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Fluent in Spanish.
