Join our winning team to take ownership of our Team Development Practice Area. You will design and facilitate meaningful and impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams to increase their performance, productivity, and shape culture. This role enables you to connect, develop, and dive deep into the clients' businesses to facilitate team journeys that yield innovative and impactful solutions. The role also includes supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.Your contribution: Create and own the modules for the high-performance team journeys using the latest research and agile methodologies. Develop assessment tools to support the team development practice area. Assess teams on where they are against our team performance model and developing a roadmap to achieve the desired business impact. Leverage current building blocks to create new programs. Coach leaders and team members to resolve conflict, align priorities, and leverage our CORE assessment products. Establish productive, professional relationships with clients. Responsible for creating game-changing team leadership development journeys. Deliver executive coaching and feedback coaching. In-depth knowledge of organization change management approaches and tools. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience. University degree (Bachelor) in the field of Social Sciences; Master's degree desirable. Strong business acumen with experience working inside organizations with senior leaders in the development of effective cross-functional teams. Proficient skills to design and facilitate effective team meeting cadence, content, and materials. Is organized and moves seamlessly from strategic tasks (developing strategic plans, briefing client executives on recommendations) to tactical tasks (preparing PowerPoint briefings, recording meeting outcomes) as needed. Experience consulting in-house with a consultancy firm is nice to have. Experience with leadership assessment tools and models. Coaching Certification (ICF) is a plus. Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to engage on topics of strategic importance
