The company culture is defined by freedom, responsibility, and innovation, offering team members the opportunity to contribute from day one.Responsibilities: Establish CRO StrategiesAnalyze website data (user sessions, heatmaps, funnels, KPIs) to identify opportunities for optimization.Develop, prioritize, and implement actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates.Create and manage monthly roadmaps to track CRO progress and adjustments.Measure, report, and present the results and impact of CRO initiatives to clients clearly.Project Management Write detailed and clear technical tasks for the team using ClickUp.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks while addressing any questions or issues that arise.Lead end-to-end management of eCommerce projects, particularly on Shopify, utilizing your expertise.Client Management Onboard new clients by gathering detailed information about their products, audience, and goals.Conduct bi-monthly client calls to review progress, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with client objectives.Manage ongoing communication with clients via Slack, providing prompt responses to their feedback and inquiries.What We're Looking For: Experience: 3+ years of Project Management experience in an agency (Email / Klaviyo or Meta ads Agency) environment, with proven expertise in Shopify-based eCommerce projects.Skills: You speak and write in English fluently (French is a plus).Leadership: You're not afraid to challenge the status quo and defend your ideas, constantly pushing for innovative solutions.Growth-Oriented: We need someone who will grow with us, driving both company success and personal development.Creative Thinking: Bring fresh ideas to help the team and the company evolve, ensuring a constant cycle of innovation.About Us: We are a 2-year-old company with a team of 13, working with brands in the UK, US, and France.
