Detalles del empleoTipo de empleo: Contrato indefinidoTurno y horario: De guardiaUbicación: Madrid, Madrid provinciaBeneficios:Plan de pensionesSeguro de vidaDescripción del puesto:HEAD OF ATTACK SURFACE MANAGEMENT CYBER THREAT UNIT - SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICESCountry: SpainWe are looking for a Head of Attack Surface Management Cyber Threat Unit based in our Madrid (Abelias) office.Your role will include managing and investigating cyber threats and incidents and driving strategy for the Attack Surface Management Team:Manage CSIRT team responsible for managing complex cyber security incidents.Collaborate with key stakeholders within the bank.Participate in the incident response procedure on a 24x7 basis.Champion advanced tools and technologies to enhance perimeter security capabilities.Optimize processes and standards of network defense implementation.Recommend security controls and corrective actions.Drive continuous improvement in Santander's cyber response capability.What you'll bring:QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE:Knowledge of Incident Response and Handling methodologies.Knowledge of cyber incident categories and timelines for responses.Knowledge of risk management processes.Focus on service excellence.LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to lead and motivate the information security team.Excellent stakeholder management skills.PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:Ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills.Self-starter and performance-driven mentality.OTHER INFORMATION:Our team members come from diverse backgrounds.
