What You'll Do: Your role will require you to work closely with the People departments in the different countries to optimize and standardize the integration of all payrolls into our financial accounts. This will also require a reasonable understanding of the specifics by country in which we operate. As General Accountant, you will have to organize your tasks in a proactive manner, ensuring that collaboration with other departments is fully mobilized and meeting the deadlines. You will be part of a team working for other countries and have to be able to support and be the backup for. You will report to the GL Payroll Team Leader and ensure anticipation of topics are covered, plus proposing actions to improve processes which will need to be prioritized. You will work closely with the Regional Finance, FP&A, and Fin Corporate teams, with whom you will ensure a good working relationship. You will make sure that requests, pre-qualified by the front desk are delivered in a pre-defined deadline in conjunction with the front desk. You will also make sure that your monthly analysis respects the need for presenting data to our stakeholders. The job evolves in a SOX compliant environment.
