EMEA Channel Sales Support Coordinator What will be your role?
We are seeking a highly qualified Channel Sales Support Coordinator to join our team.

What will be your responsibilities? Sales Support: Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clientsProviding troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problemsOrder booking validation tasks:
Order details match T&C;, and validate all the information (DOA, etc).Check billing method, credit status and limit, etc.Sales process optimization: identify and fix inefficiencies in regular procedures to improve efficiencyProvide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and other relevant problems.Contribute to the achievement of overall sales goals and business objectives by providing valuable support and insights to the sales team.Keeping track of sales targetsProvide data and guides to help the sales teamDevelop and monitor key performance indicatorsManage sales tracking tools and report on important information Suggest sales process improvements and automate where possibleKeep record of sales trends and stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats that may impact sales performance.Other ad-hoc support tasks and exercises as per business requirement.Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment and cohesion in sales activities.Communicate openly and professionally with colleagues, sharing insights, best practices, and feedback to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in interaction with colleagues to build trust and rapport.What profile do we need? - Advanced English speaker
