YOUR ROLE Manages individual, complex, cross-regional innovation projects on an operational level Creates and aligns on project time schedule and financial plan Updates and reports on project progress and summarizes status of managed projects Prepares and presents projects for decision meetings and reviews Manages project budget and relevant KPIs Identifies risks and defines countermeasures Takes lead in case of problems and conflicts Guides team members to properly use project tools, templates and deliverables Drives x-Project/business initiatives to foster best practice exchange and continuous improvement YOUR SKILLS Masters Degree in Science, Technology, or Business preferred 5 years relevant industry experience PMP Certification is a plus Leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams toward successful project completion Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective teamwork with team members and stakeholders Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and resources efficiently Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and unforeseen circumstances At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
