The role will mainly be focused on internal CRM management/data input, data analytics, and prospective company research and utilization of digital tools to help increase efficiencies within Market Development.ResponsibilitiesContact target companies to develop complete and accurate company profiles for companies in existing Concur databases, procured database from third parties, or target companies.The companies to be profiled will be for the UKI, South Africa, and the UAE Markets.Support all Market Development reps in maintaining a top quality CRM.Involved in monthly project calls to support actions on pipeline hygiene.The individual will also maintain and update all records within Salesforce or other Concur designated systems.Participate on cross-functional teams as needed to further Marketing initiatives.Utilization of Salesforce, RingDNA, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Work on ad-hoc projects across Sales & Marketing.Be aware of, and comply with, all Concur corporate policies.Critical Performance CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong Salesforce Classic knowledge.Able to work well on own initiative and manage own workload.Team player and a passion for project-driven work.QualificationsBachelor's degree would be advantageous.Excellent communication skills.Ability to pass a background check.Speaks with confidence and professionalism.Competent in Microsoft software such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience in using CRM systems such as Salesforce (Desirable).Working hoursPart-time 20-25 hours per week will typically be necessary to accomplish performance objectives and to provide satisfactory job presence and/or responsiveness.Flexibility as to the specific working hours may be required or available.Working from SAP office in either Barcelona or Spain.EEOConcur is an Equal Opportunity Employer and applies this policy to all applicants and employees.
