If you are a dynamic, detail-oriented, and hands-on lawyer, and want to be part of a growing Fintech and challenging experience, this is your place.What challenges you'll be solvingTake ownership of drafting, negotiating, and providing advice and support on commercial contracts, partnership agreements, financing agreements, and corporate agreements, ensuring that they are commercially and legally sound and in line with company objectives and context.Participate in the design and monitoring of the commercial launch of new products and services.Coordinate external legal counsels on specific matters, including local law firms in each market.Proactively look out for ways to improve existing commercial and financing agreements.Provide business partners with a thoughtful legal perspective, guidance, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.Manage relationships with external counsels to ensure efficient project delivery and optimum outcomes.Collaborate with colleagues to deliver innovative solutions to complex issues and ensure legal matters are fully understood and duly implemented as part of the project management process.Develop relationships across our business to identify and manage risks whilst ensuring appropriate commercial outcomes.Actively engage in discussions with senior executives.Work closely with the commercial and finance teams on a day-to-day basis to provide pragmatic advice on a wide range of matters to ensure our interests are protected, including corporate governance aspects and financing issues.What we offerWe have a strong and sustainable foundation, where we provide a secure and reliable workplace.#J-18808-Ljbffr
