What your future position looks like:
For our Account Management Team in Barcelona, providing outstanding client relationship is our top priority. We're looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to serve as our main point of contact on the German market.
Your main tasks will be:
Owner of the onboarding of your accountsMaintain accurate client records, keeping track of any updatesAct as the first and main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns, complaints and needs via chat, email or phoneDevelop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clientsBuild and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnershipsBe the voice of your clients internally, identify their needs and participate in the creation of new features and business opportunitiesCollaborate with teams Marketing & Product and Operations to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction
You will be a good fit to join us if you:
Have proficiency in German as your primary language and are fluent in English (other languages are a plus)Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar positionEnjoy taking initiative and achieving resultsLike to be challenged in a dynamic environmentCan work individually and has a strong team spiritAre organised, precise and demonstrate good communication skillsShow creativity: creative people are those who share, suggest, and dare to innovate!
