We are looking for the best SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER willing to participate in the growth of an important e-commerce Logistics Operations Centre in Illescas (Toledo): ARVATO.Mission:Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the mission of the position is to manage the logistics centre, organising and supervising the different operational and management areas by leading the teams of this operation.Responsibilities:Management of the different teams in the centre, creating a people-centred culture.Ensure compliance with the quality of service and coordination of the management of the teams.You will be the main point of daily communication with the client in order to meet their needs and requirements.Development of the teams of Managers in charge, as well as ensuring the correct leadership of all team members.Management of the productive activities of the work centre.Supervision and optimisation of logistics processes.Maintaining customer relations, satisfying their needs and responding to any possible incidents that may arise.Establishment of the continuous improvement plan and lean culture.Monitoring KPI (safety, quality, productivity, etc).Planning of campaigns and resources based on the client's needs.Requirements:More than 5 years of experience in similar LOGISTICS positions MANAGING BIG teams of more than 10 people.E-commerce experience is a MUST.University degree (valuable Associate's degree or equivalent in logistics or supply chain management).Advanced level of English.Valuable experience in Lean Manufacturing.Position 100% on-site.#J-18808-Ljbffr
