Role DescriptionSupport the MD in accelerating the growth of FNZ in Iberia, providing expertise in Operations related areas - including IT in the securities/wealth management market. The role is:To facilitate discussions with clients and prospects by bringing expertise in the areas of IT and operations.Get an intimate understanding of the FNZ offering at all times.Drive the content and delivery of the operations side of pitches.To support the set-up of counterparty and third-party relationships required to deliver the client platform.Liaise with FNZ colleagues to enhance client presentations and increase FNZ's understanding of the Iberia market.Specific Role ResponsibilitiesLeverage own network in Iberia and experience to adapt the FNZ offering to the Iberia market.Take ownership of and manage the output work required from your FNZ colleagues to support these phases.Proactively suggest adaptations of the FNZ offering to tailor it to the Iberia market.Develop and lead the delivery of a regional sales strategy for FNZ, delivering agreed sales and revenue targets for all products and services.Responsible for new customer business / major incremental platform business in existing clients.Experience requiredAt least 15 years' experience in operations or IT leadership role related to Financial services, ideally in wealth or asset management, insurance company and/or banking (custody/depository) from a sale/presale perspective.Required Industry KnowledgeRelevant knowledge in investment/saving/wealth/life and/or pensions products and capital market.Understanding of the Iberia regulatory environment and a knowledge of the upcoming changes.15+ years of experience in a sale and delivery/consulting environment in the Iberia financial services/wealth market.Experience in the sale of solution for the financial sector related to IT product/platform.Required Knowledge & SkillsBe able to evidence establishing an environment of continuous improvement and capability development.Confident, and able to take initiative given client- and delivery-focused environment.Independent, self-directing and delivery focused working style.Superior analytical thinking.Commercially aware.Excellent organizational, administration and time management skills.Good team communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients.Highly developed written and oral communication skills.Willingness to travel in Iberia.LanguagesSpanish: Native or BilingualEnglish: FluentPortuguese is a strong assetAbout FNZ CultureOur culture is what drives us.
