The Role Your daily work will include tasks like these: Help provide world-class customer service via pre-sales and sales live video calls, representing a leading computer printer manufacturer.
Be the "face" of the brand.
Create engaging content for the website and social media platforms.
Take planned and unplanned inbound video calls from customers needing assistance with their purchasing process.
Provide the right advice and close sales whenever possible.
Deliver excellent customer service on each call.
Increase sales conversion rate from query to purchase.
Provide market insights and feedback.
Assist with scriptwriting and translations.
Create and present customers' training content.
Support the contact center team by taking phone calls and chats.
Provide support for filming tasks, potentially including sporadic out-of-office hours.
Ideal Profile Native German, at least C1 level of English.
Experience with technology, especially hardware; passion for printers will be a huge advantage.
Able to present products effectively through video calls and efficiently answer customer queries.
Comfortable working on camera.
Strong communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service and/or sales.
Friendly and engaging personality.
Comfortable in a training and sales environment.
Capable of demonstrating products individually and in groups.
Personable and energetic.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on outstanding service.
Effective communication with various stakeholders.
