The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.What You Will DoReporting into the LiveOps QA Lead, you will support the quality efforts for our Live Operations team working on our flagship title, MonopolyGo!You will work with other QA Analysts to support regular LiveOps releases from conception through to post-release care, all the while retaining the utmost levels of quality through the use of a variety of tools and processes.As a key contributor to the culture of quality within Scopely, you will help shape the future on how we continue to iterate to success, and evolve the way we work:Ensure LiveOps components for any given release are of the highest quality, both in terms of defect mitigation and user experienceFollow governance instilled across the team, and remain inline with the projects QA Lifecycle from conception through to post-release careLead by example through hands-on testing, owning and taking responsibility for the quality output of LiveOpsWork closely with the development teams to understand the scope of change and the impact to other areas of the product that may require quality control considerations from a LiveOps perspectiveKeep LiveOps and QA leadership informed on milestone progression, priorities, and blockers throughout the development lifecycleAttend associated LiveOps and QA team ceremonies, using these as a platform for feedback, while remaining current and informed on team strategy and movementsWhat We're Looking ForA familiar background/experience in LiveOps for mobile or other gamesFlexible to an agile setup with the ability to multitask, managing coverage for multiple high-profile releases with strict deadlinesA strong commercial awareness with an understanding of business priorities and goalsStrong verbal/written communication and an excellent attention to detailAt Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that!
