What you will do: Design, strategize, execute events based on data to drive engagement and monetization.Collaborate with the Game Design and other cross-functional teams to ensure engaging new content and events are delivered to the highest quality.Ensure players find value in participating in events by tuning events based on data and testing to create a deep gameplay experience for our players.Design, implement, and evaluate experiments to test hypotheses around live events to improve engagement, retention, and monetization.Drive engagement through the analysis of the in-game economy and other data metrics via reporting tools.Track and measure events performance in relation to sales, features, tests, and results in order to evaluate the performance of new events, features, and game content.Support the development team in executing and rolling out new features.Develop and consistently maintain a deep knowledge of the product by playing regularly, participating in events, and optimizing your strategy.What we are looking for: Live Operations experience in F2P games is a must for this role.Some experience with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, CRM tools, etc.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Enthusiastic, positive, team-oriented attitude.Ability to work under tight schedules in a high-stress environment.At Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that!
