Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Engaging with users from all over the world from the company's amazing studio;
Representing the company's award-winning products;
Informing users about the rules and keeping them engaged;
Ensuring a positive experience by maintaining a professional approach;
Keeping in line with brand image and representing the company in the best possible way.
Requirements:
Fluency in Turkish and English (C1 level)
Positive and bright disposition and a flexible approach
Strong customer-focus and good work ethic
Responsible, reliable, and professional
Available to work on shifts and excited to work from the company's studio in Sofia
