What you will do in this role
As a Live Advisor on our team, you will:
Present on public, and internal facing video content
Deliver excellent customer service on each call
Increase sales conversion rate from query to purchase
Maintain great product and technical knowledge
Answer queries efficiently
Provide market related insights and feedback
Write script and make translations
Create and presenting training content
Support the contact center team by taking phone calls and chats
Support for filming tasks as required including potential sporadic out of office hours

Are fluent in German and have an advanced level of English
Are comfortable working in front of a camera
Have amazing communication skills
Have previous customer service and/or sales experience
Are friendly and have an engaging personality
Are comfortable working in a training and sales environment
Comfortable demonstrating on a one to one and group basis
Are personable, energetic, self-motivated, team-player and positive
Are eager to tackle challenges and change
Are problem solver and not afraid to take decisions
What's in it for you
Full-time contract: 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 19:00
Salary 23.000 euros gross/year + up to 4000 euros gross/year in bonus
