We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Listings Director to lead this new venture.
Position Overview: The Listings Director will play a pivotal role in establishing Hi Homes' Listings Department.
This position requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in securing premium property listings.
The ideal candidate is expected to actively engage in acquiring new listings, develop and implement effective systems and processes, and collaborate on marketing strategies that complement Hi Homes' existing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Active Listing Acquisition and Client Relationship Management: Proactively seek and secure high-value property listings through direct engagement with property owners and vendors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Operational and Department Development: Establish and implement systems and processes to effectively manage and expand the Listings Department.
Work closely with senior management to develop marketing strategies that align with and enhance Hi Homes' current efforts.
Set clear performance benchmarks, monitor progress, and implement improvements to achieve departmental goals.
As the department grows, recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of listing agents, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on securing property listings on the Costa del Sol.
Proven track record of success in a leadership role is highly desirable.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Costa del Sol real estate market, including current trends and property values.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages is a significant plus.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a startup environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to 'roll up sleeves' to achieve objectives.
