$CHZ is the native digital token for the Chiliz sports & entertainment ecosystem currently powering Socios.com and the Chiliz Chain blockchain.
Socios.com is a fan engagement and rewards app that allows fans to engage with their favourite teams and clubs through digital assets known as Fan Tokens.
THE ROLE
The Listings Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of new and existing listings of $CHZ and over 80 Fan Tokens across global exchanges and platforms, including Staking platform opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, particularly in relation to tokenomics, exchange operations, and regulatory requirements.
The Listing Managers will be instrumental within the business, to effectively manage existing and new listings globally of $CHZ and Fan Tokens, as part of our vision for 'Fan Tokens Everywhere' and Fan Tokens as one of the three key business pillars. Reporting to the Crypto Operations Director, we are offering both office-based and remote opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the process of listing $CHZ and Fan Tokens on new and existing exchanges and platforms, including opportunities for $CHZ and Fan Tokens on Staking platforms.
Maintain and manage relationships with Listing Partners.
Coordinate with Partnerships Team, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Market Makers, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure smooth listing processes and retention of our listings on all platforms.
Ensure all listings are meeting the requirements of each platform.
Develop and execute strategic plans and roadmaps for $CHZ and Fan Token listings.
Analyse market trends, global regulatory developments, and competitor activities to identify listing opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the visibility and trading volume of $CHZ and Fan Tokens.
Develop your existing extensive Web3 network and native-knowledge, deep understanding of the crypto market and emerging trends to deliver our Chiliz Ecosystem vision.
Coordinate listing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Partnerships, Marketing, PR, and Product teams, to support listing activities.
Ensure all listings comply with regulatory requirements and policies, both internal and third-party.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for each listing.
Liaise with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory issues.
Monitor and analyse the performance of all listings across all platforms.
Generate regular reports on listing performance, including trading volumes, liquidity, and market trends.
Use performance data to inform future listing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives and other key stakeholders.
Negotiate listing terms and conditions to achieve favourable outcomes for $CHZ and Fan Tokens.
Represent Chiliz at industry events and forums to enhance its visibility and network.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field would be considered an asset.
Minimum of 4 years of full-time, professional experience in the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry, with a focus on token listings - this is a must.
Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency exchange landscape and tokenomics.
Experience working with sports and entertainment tokens.
Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of global regulatory environments related to cryptocurrency.
Ability to analyse market trends, the global regulatory landscape, and make data-driven decisions.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
