As a member of this team, you are responsible for the engineering and the operations of all Linux related solutions and their ecosystem, working in a global mindset with all the regions.
In order to support AXA strategy, support all the initiatives relying on Linux based technologies, participate to the project kickoff, define & share the best practices, create the standards, and prioritize the tasks.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES As a Linux Intermediate Product manager, you would be promoting the Linux usage within AXA.
You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders within AXA Group and AXA Entities:

Manage the Product:Team members in charge of L3Key Projects (migration)FinanceQuality of ServicesManage Services- in charge of L1/L2Entities/Clients relationshipDesign the structure of the teamManage the career and training path evolution of direct collaborators (internals)Hire and manage external contractorsEnsure that working methodology is adapted and applied by everyone inside and outside of the teamManage the relationship and challenge the Managed Services in charge of L1/L2 tasksCoordinate and consolidate needs from any Linux services consumers.Prioritize product backlogs based on entity needs.Drive the community around Linux best practices and adoption.Promote/evangelize the product at a global levelWork with the technical teams to build a roadmap around Linux product at AXAWork on standardization and globalization of processes.Following knowledge and experience areas are mandatory:
Background working on/with application development teams on infrastructure as codeUnderstand key IT drivers and strategy around AXA infrastructure usageAudit and security skills.Strong general knowledge in IT and Datacenter infrastructure architecturesProven organization skills to manage multiple key stakeholders and providersResults oriented and methodicalTeam leader & team management experienceCapacity to adapt to various situations and react accordinglyExcellent communication skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships at all levels.Strong team player, including ability to work in a multi-cultural teamKnowledge in one or more of the following areas is an asset:
