Knowledge of a second language such as French, German, Spanish, or Dutch will be highly regarded.Other Requirements:Problem-solving ability, communication skills, proactivity, and customer orientation.Key TasksRemote Technical Support: Resolve technical issues and queries from customers remotely via phone, email, or other communication tools.Site Visits: Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair equipment faults.Commissioning: Supervise and guide the commissioning of equipment at customer sites.Customer Training: Train customers in the use and maintenance of equipment.Internal Collaboration: Interact with other company departments (engineering, production, etc.)
