Life Senior Consultant/Manager – 27237

The Senior Consultant will usually be included in a project team and will be given various responsibilities through-out the actuarial projects.
Location: Madrid Category: International Type: Permanent Key Duties (including, but not limited to): Actuarial Modelling (risk and capital): development and review of asset-liability models or regulatory internal models Regulatory and accounting issues: Solvency II, IFRS 17 and Spanish & Portuguese local GAAP SII Internal Model development and validation SII risk assessment and capital optimizations ALM analysis and cash flows modelling Actuarial reporting and reviews Insurance mergers & acquisitions and actuarial due diligence alongside transactions Financial Risk Management and Sustainability Work in support of their Management consulting and Strategy practice Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or a related field.
For actuaries you must be from the Spanish Institute of Actuaries or equivalent international actuarial association 2 to 5 years of actuarial experience with significant experience in the Spanish & Portuguese market, consulting experience is a plus Strong skills with MS Excel Language skills: Spanish (native/fluent) and English (native/fluent) is a strong asset.
