Liaison Officer

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful liaison officer to act as the primary point of communication between our organization and external stakeholders. The role involves ensuring smooth coordination with government agencies, private organizations, and other partners to support operational and administrative requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary representative of the company in dealings with government offices, agencies, and other institutions.Facilitate the processing of permits, licenses, clearances, and other legal or regulatory documents.Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and support for company initiatives.Assist in resolving issues or delays related to compliance, permits, or documentation requirements.Provide regular updates to management on the progress of assigned tasks and activities.Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documents and ensure timely submission to relevant entities.Keep updated with government regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to the business operations.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any business-related course, communications, or public relations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven experience as Liaison Officer or in a similar role is an advantage but not required.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with government procedures and requirements.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
