Advise business and product teams on compliance requirements and controls related to regulatory changes in e-invoicing globally.Lead cross-functional compliance meetings and panels to align and keep other departments updated on legal developments in the sector.Collaborate with the legal side for service development, especially in relation to obtaining satisfactory results for clients and analysing complaints.Read large pieces of regulation and break down how it affects both the service on a technical level and the business model.Work closely with the technical and product team to provide them with documentation and compliance-focused analysis.Proactively identify regulatory issues and recommend practical solutions.Liaise with key internal stakeholders (e.G., legal, business, product, etc.) and external stakeholders (e.G., partners, suppliers, customers, etc.) as required.Conduct internal and external training sessions on e-invoicing legal requirements in different countries.Lead certification processes of our service as required by law in the target country.What are we looking for? Ability to work under pressure, manage several projects at the same time and meet tight deadlines.+3 years of experience working in tax or e-invoicing.Master's degree in international law.Ability to communicate positively with members of various internal and regulatory teams.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Proficient level of English. French is a plus.Practical and proactive attitude.Willingness to keep learning and to keep abreast of new and relevant changes in the sector.Possibility to travel in specific cases.Why do we enjoy being Voxelians?
