Position Overview:
The Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development efforts within the team, ensuring high-quality code delivery, fostering best practices, and guiding the team through technical challenges. The ideal candidate should be hands-on and capable of contributing directly to the codebase.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical design and development of projects within the team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Ensure the team follows software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks that align with the company's strategic goals.Work closely with the Engineering Manager, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Required Skills: Proficiency in Angular for front-end development, with experience in building complex web applications.Strong Python experience, particularly in back-end development and API creation.Experience in technical leadership, leading a team of developers through multiple project phases from design to deployment.Exposure to Data Engineering is preferred (in-depth knowledge is not mandatory).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive the team toward innovative solutions.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience in guiding teams through technical challenges and delivering successful projects.
