Qualifications Over 3 years of relevant industry experience preferably in an enterprise environment Proven track record in troubleshooting complex IT solutions Good knowledge of Storage protocols, e.g. FC, ISCSI, and SAS Good knowledge of storage architectures: SAN, NAS, Object Storage Good knowledge of mainstream OS, e.g. VMware, Windows, Linux, UNIX is preferred Basic knowledge of mainstream virtualization platform, e.g. VMware, with relevant certificate is preferred Basic knowledge of mainstream Database, e.g. Oracle, SQL Server or others, with relevant certificate is preferred Basic knowledge of Cloud platform, e.g. VMware vCloud, AWS, etc. Ability to build effective technical relationships with customers and colleagues on remote support Language skills in Catalan, English, and Spanish HCIA/HCIP/HCIE certificates are preferred For more details contact: Quoting reference: 10948
