LF Supplies Operations Analyst and Project Manager Description: Responsibilities: This role is responsible for coordinating all stakeholders – RnD, Product, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance - to enable LF inks and supplies NPIs.This role is responsible for leading projects to solve common and complex business and operational issues - from availability, quality, and cost - in all stages of the LF inks and supplies PLC.This role is responsible for identifying business and operations improvement opportunities by leveraging developed subject matter knowledge in the supplies WW operations and manufacturing area.This role is responsible for delivering a long-term plan forecast for capacity and resources planning and managing regional availability when affected by quality issues and during stabilization periods.Job Summary: Lead cross-functional program teams to deliver professional reports, develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and track progress against the established plans while leading less-experienced staff members.Manage and lead a program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a subsystem or component of a product or service offering.Understand the technical concepts, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program, and utilize knowledge to accelerate project completion.Develop schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, logistics, and other support requirements for assigned program in collaboration with both the company & contract manufacturing teams.Coordinate activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners; track progress against established plans and make decisions to alter or update schedules and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedules.Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborate with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to implement changes to product, process, or program plan to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.Solve difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.Lead and provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.Education & Experience Recommended: Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.A graduate or master's degree in finance or business would be highly valued.Typically has 4-7 years of work experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or program management.Knowledge & Skills: Project ManagementProject PlanningChange ManagementContinuous Improvement ProcessLF Product Life CycleProcess ImprovementProduct ManagementRisk ManagementAgile and Sprint PlanningProficient in SAP S/4HANAEffective CommunicationResults OrientationLearning AgilityDigital FluencyCustomer CentricityImpact & Scope: Impacts multiple teams across different organizations and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitating information validation and team decision-making processes.Will have significant and measurable business impact in LF as an enabler of NPIs, and reducing operational costs of current products.Complexity: Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines with minimal supervision and independent and sound judgment.
